Here you can search for a Ramsar Site by writing its name or by using keywords. To refine your search you can use:
The minus symbol - to exclude all results containing a specific word. E.g.: Lac - Leman: gives a list of all Ramsar Sites that include the word Lac but not the word Leman. -Lac: gives a list of all Ramsar Sites that don't include the word Lac.
You can use quote marks "....." to search for a complete phrase or a Ramsar Site name. E.g.: "Special Protection Area EC Directive": gives a list of all Ramsar Sites that contain this phrase.
You can use AND to search for two or more words together. E.g.: River AND tropical AND birds: gives a list of all Ramsar Sites that contain all these three words.
You can write ramsarid:xxxxto search for a specific Ramsar Site. E.g.: ramsarid:546: gives Site number 546, Pacaya-Samiria in Peru.

You can generate a report based on the filters you have applied, in either pdf or xls format. The report will sort the results by the Site name, unless you have sorted them by another variable.

For the pdfs, you can choose whether to include the introductory text on each Site, or just show the key data in a shorter report.

As soon as the list has been generated an e-mail will be sent to you with the link to access the file.
